Our ability to work with customers experiencing payment difficulties is dependent on a good understanding of those customers’ circumstances. Specifically, we need to understand income and expenditure in detail to be able to assess how affordable the current mortgage is and whether the customer can afford any of the other Workout OptionsÂwe can offer.

If you contact us in relation to your mortgage repayment difficulties we may ask you to complete a financial assessment form and send it back to us at:

We will also ask for further supporting details such as payslips, bank statements, documents relating to tax and/or benefits and a reference from your employer or accountant to assist in our assessment of your individual circumstances.

If you would like assistance with completing the financial assessment form please contact us. If required, we can arrange for our representative to visit you at home and help you through the process (please note, there may be a charge for this process. If there is we will tell you in advance of the visit).
